  There is no free parking. It would have been nice to know that before. The staff was great. The room was clean. I really didn't understand why they complicated the elevators. No buttons on the inside except door open and door close.

  BY FAR the BEST Homewood Suites I have EVER stayed at! Definitely Top 10 Hiltons I ve EVER stayed at and rivals some Hilton Curio Collection Hotels I've stayed at too! 😎 This Homewood Suites is very nice, clean, and modernly updated. This hotel checked all the boxes for me. Rooms were clean with modern updated finishes ✅️ Dishes, silverware, Refrigerator, Kitchen all clean✅️ Bathrooms & Showers were super clean! ✅️ Lobby was nice too and they are definitely pumping a delightful fragrance thru the HVAC of the hotel that feels upscale! 😆 The only negative I have is there is no self park option... valet only -or- find a spot on the street! 😩 This Homewood Suites has set a new standard for me and I can't see me staying anywhere else next time I'm in Raleigh... unless the prices get too high! 😂😂😂

  Pro: 1. Friendly people. Everyone was trying to help. 2. Chic design. The elevator makes you feel like you are in the future. Con: 1. The door key sensor in my first room was broken, and I couldn't use my card keys. It took them 2 days, and they are still not able to fix it. They also told me that different hotel managers don't communicate when they switch shifts, so I needed to repeat the story and show them what happened every time I talked to a new manager. 2. Eventually, a manager switched me to a different room with a functional sensor; however, he did not tell me my room shares a door with the neighbor's room, thus has bad insulation. Midnight, my neighbor was talking to his girlfriend and laughing loudly, and kept me awake the whole night. 3. They mistakenly charged me $4.33 on the day I was checking out and told me they would refund the money since it was mistake. However, based on my credit card history the mischarge was never refunded.

  Definitely, the place to stay when in downtown Raleigh. Very technologically advanced elevators. Independent rooftop bar is amazing with great views at night. Caution, you can't charge food and beverages to your room at the hotel..This isn't obvious and there were no signs or this wasn't communicated upon check in.. Overall, a great experience and front desk was very professional during the check in and check out process.
