- RMRenee McCorkle6 days ago5.0Stayed here for event at the fairgrounds and had a really good experience. The hotel looks new and everything felt clean and updated. The room was comfortable and had USB plugs on the night stand. Breakfast was included good, it had plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The location worked well for us since it's just down the road from the fairgrounds. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Unfortunately, the train noise throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, I noticed a stain on the inside of the comforter and hair on different parts of the bed. As someone who typically does a light deep clean upon arrival at hotels, this was disappointing to see. The food was also not enjoyable, so I ended up going across the street to Sheetz for a meal. That said, the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was very kind, warm, and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. If necessary, I would stay here again, but it would not be my first choice.

I moved to a second room and blinds did not work so I had a flood light shining in room all night. Also, bathtub was dirty and handprints on mirror. Stair wells had trash in corners and dirt all over stairs. The desk clerk was friendly so that’s why I gave one star.
