When I realized this I called, explained the situation and rebooked at a different holiday inn that could shuttle me to the airport. Unfortunately even after calling them I was unable to get a refund because it was an "exclusive" price. I will not book through this hotel again unless this can be resolved.

We love this location, close to the university, immaculate property and with the assistance of Melissa and Stephanie, another 5+ Star ****** stay. I was greeted as a Gold Elite member and ask for, and granted a late check-out. IHG is our go to home away from home. Thanks again ladies and we look forward to our next stay. IHG Rocks!!! The hotel room is clean and Housekeeping refill supplies daily. 2. Room size is large and the rate was reasonable. 3. Parking is free and only took us 15 mins drive to the city center of Raleigh and Cary. So, why do you have to stay inside of the city? 4. The staff is wonderful. Especially "Dee" who helped us with check-in was fast and professional. 5. Free breakfast and 24 hours coffee bar at the lobby. 6. Pool for the kids to use after we toured museums. The only complain was the heater was loud but honestly, all hotels we lived had loud heater/AC... We had a really good time stay at the hotel. If we need to visit Raleigh again, we will choose this hotel again.
