This property missed that mark in several key areas. The in room experience was weak. The AC and heating unit was loud enough to break sleep. Only about fifteen of roughly forty channels worked, and a few of those still had minor glitches. Water pressure was poor, and the hot water ran low far too quickly. Visible wear in the room, including peeling wallpaper, added to the sense of neglect. Service wasn’t tighter. Basic details like breakfast and available amenities were not mentioned at check in, which set the tone for a stay that felt more hands off than it should. If you simply need a place to stop for the night and can overlook problems that should be easily fixable, this hotel will get you by. It sits above a budget roadside option, though anyone who values a reliable hot shower may disagree. I’m sharing this so management can address these issues and prevent future guests from having the same avoidable frustrations. With real maintenance attention and more consistent front desk communication, this property could meet the standard expected from IHG. It just isn’t there yet. I wish I had chosen to stay at another location.

- KJKane JacksOct 13, 20254.0Booked two rooms for a week. Air conditioner went out in one on last night so was very uncomfortable. The morning before that the fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes. Water pressure on one of the rooms was terrible and both rooms got clogged toilets. Normal food for breakfast but no individual milks. Keurig in room worked fine. Coffee machines downstairs look like expensive touch screen one cup coffee makers. I would recommend the place for sure. Staff were friendly but off putting. For instance, the gentleman working most days, when I asked him to make an appointment for the shuttle to the airport, he said it would be more convenient for him if I came back and did it another day. I don't think he meant it in a negative way and when I looked at him cross-eyed he said he could still do it at that time which he did.
