  The room was not clean. The shower water wouldn't get hot the whole time of the stay. Front desk did nothing. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

  I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh Airport – Brier Creek. The facility feels fairly new, and everything throughout the property is clean, modern, and well‑maintained. My room was comfortable, spotless, and quiet; almost too quiet. Perfect after a long day of travel. The staff were outstanding. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really elevated the experience. The continental breakfast was perfect as well, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location is ideal for travelers. It’s close to Raleigh‑Durham International Airport, and the hotel offers a convenient airport and local shuttle, making transportation simple and stress‑free. Whether you’re catching an early flight or arriving late, the easy access is a huge plus. Everything about my stay at this location was good. A clean facility, great amenities, exceptional staff, and unbeatable convenience make this a fantastic choice for anyone traveling through the area.

  Very disappointed in this hotel. The shower was freezing cold every time we tried to use it. To make it worse, water pressure was extremely low. When I mentioned this problem at checkout, staff replied “Yes, we have a problem with hot water here.” No attempt was made to fix the problem. Their comment tells me this is a well known issue that management refuses to correct. There are plenty of other options nearby. I strongly encourage anyone else to pick one of those other options.

  Used to be nice. Manager (GM) and desk are rather rude. Rooms (we tried three) were very unclean. Hair, sinks, unclean shower and toilet. One shower actually had a hole in the damaged shower stall. Stayed one night but decided to cancel the rest after seeing two Waterbugs (southern roaches). They actually tried to give me a hard time. WITH pictures. I was wiling to pay for the night we stayed. Not the rest as we were checking out before the designated checkout time. We are diamond and IHG credit card holders. Really? Diamond Customer service took care of it immediately. They refunded IN FULL and gave a sizeable allotment of apology points. I remember when this hotel was built. Just sad these folks couldn't just cancel the remainder of the stay and refrain from the rudeness when they are the ones causing inconveniences.

  I stayed at this hotel with my family 1/8 - 1/11/26. Had booked 3 rooms through Expedia, fully paid. Upon check-out I was told all 3 rooms had a 0 balance. Upon returning home I was charged $14.49 to each 3 rooms. Total $43.47. I called the hotel to find out about the charges and was told it was a service fee, but they could not explain what service fee and why I was charged, when I had already paid Expedia in full. I complained to Expedia and provided them all documentation. I just got an email from Expedia that the hotel is not responding back to them. This location is a franchise and I will be calling Holiday Inn Corporate to report this over-charging. Please avoid disappointment and don't stay there if you don't have to. I will provide an updated review for this property, if anything changes. Buyer beware! the management of this location is unethical. One of the the rooms we stayed in 330 had loose plumbing in the bathroom. The sink faucet and tub faucet was not tightened properly. Room also had an odor, worn carpet and old furniture. Needs remodeling. The front office staff was courteous, but the back office staff not so helpful. Please get your final bill printed at the time of checking-out, look at it and be satisfied before you leave the property, as you will not get any help later. They will take your money and keep it, by charging erroneous charges ...... Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware!
