  I had a wonderful experience during my stay. I would especially like to thank Acheline at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.   My stay at Bestwestern PLUS is always on business. The customer service is always polite and professional. I had situation where i left some personal property behind(headphones) and I called back to the hotel to see if maybe they could recover them. Alysson at the front desk was the one I talked with and she was so kind to see if maybe I left them in my room. Alysson did find my property and held them for me until my return trip. Thank you Alysson you're the best.

  Very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I stayed overnight after a concert and I got great rest here! Although I did not use the provided shower amenities, they seemed relatively high quality. I also got upgraded to a room with two double beds and a pull out couch. The room with the pull out couch had a door, so there was plenty of privacy. I would recommend for people traveling with a child although I had three adults. Great experience.

  The only thing that I can say about this hotel is the Service out of this world. I am here frequently for work and every time I am here I am greeted and treated like family with exceptional service from Alysson. She Always ensures that my stay Is a great one! Love this hotel five stars across the board

  If I could leave ZERO stars for this place, I would do it gladly. We arrived and had a mediocre room. Slightly updated but not well maintained whatsoever. Secondly, we aren’t given any linens at all so had to ask for those at the front desk and was told they are out of washcloths. Lastly, we go to leave and our car was towed. We parked in Panera’s back lot, which is completely empty (and Panera was CLOSED) and we were towed. Keep in mind, there was NO AVAILABLE PARKING SPOTS AT THE HOTEL. The hotel says they won’t do anything about it and of course Panera and the towing company don’t care at all, they’re just getting their money. Beware!!!!!!!!
