Alysson (I had to ask her to spell it as I wanted to make sure she got the proper recognition that she deserves) was so smooth and personable during the check in that my weary family actually felt welcomed rather than fatigue (which says a lot cause they were driving for 12 hours.) The location was convenient for shopping and getting onto the highway to visit us. The holiday decorations in the lobby put us in a festive mood and the rooms were very clean and comfortable per our visiting family. I would definitely recommend them to come here again when they visit next time

Sean H. was so great when I showed up brain dead from hours on the road, which was so appreciated. Jasmine and Acheline were also fantastic to deal with! This is definitely my new go to hotel when I'm in Raleigh.
- DWDion WilliamsDec 19, 20255.0I’m a Greyhound bus driver from out of town so I’m at the hotel twice a week the staff is friendly especially Alysson, she is very welcoming and pays attention to detail. I normally arrive between 3:45 and 4am and when I’m late she notices and still holds my room for me, her hospitality is unmatched I had a problem with internet access one morning and she got me into another room with no hassle. The hotel is in walking distance of a few dining establishments which is perfect for me since I don’t have a car here and they also have breakfast in the mornings. Great place great staff, would definitely recommend to family and friends .

I picked this hotel due to its proximity to my house and was blessed to have met Alysson on the night shift who went above and beyond in her kindness and generosity when she learned of my ordeal. It’s moments like that where your faith in humanity really gets renewed, and I cannot express my gratitude enough towards her and for Best Western hiring such a wonderful employee! She deserves a raise and so much appreciation, more than a mere review. Truthfully, the rooms were nothing special, even on the dingy side, but with such caring and wonderful staff, it is absolutely worth the visit. Thank you Alysson and Best Western for such and unexpectedly lovely experience!
