- NNNeicyMar 15, 20262.0The room is in a good location and fresh coffee was available. There was a smoke smell in the hallway, lack of silverware in kitchen. In room coffee maker tasted like plastic and room key card constantly malfunctioned and unable to access room.

Both Craig's at the front desk were excellent with their customer service made you feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was friendly and helpful when you asked them for soap, trash bags and so forth. The hotel is only 5 min from the mall and all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back for work in a few weeks. Washer and dryer room was also very clean and well kept with plenty of washers and dryers to be used.
