  I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Acheline at the front desk was amazing. She was very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

  We had a really pleasant stay at Best Western Plus. The location is super convenient, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth since we had booked online, and the small welcome bag with snacks and water was a thoughtful touch. I also loved their lemon-infused water in the lobby - simple but refreshing. Getting to our room on the 4th floor was easy with the elevators, even with luggage. On our first night, we noticed there was no hot water in the sink or bathtub, but the front desk handled it immediately and moved us to another room without any hassle, which we really appreciated. Breakfast each morning was fresh and had plenty of options - eggs, bacon, baked potatoes, waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruits, cereal, and more. Everything was well stocked, and the staff member managing breakfast was attentive and kept checking to make sure nothing ran out. We stayed for 3 nights, and on Wednesday, the hotel even arranged dinner (Panda Express) for guests in the reception area. It was a nice surprise. The Director of Sales, Zakiya Hyman, was personally there making sure everything was set up well and that guests were taken care of- such a kind and hands-on approach. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and definitely added to our vacation experience.

  Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are recently renovated and much nicer than expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Location near Crabtree is convenient. Free breakfast had good variety. The outdoor pool is a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking. Great value for what you get. If you're looking for a comfortable stay without the premium price, this delivers.

  I stayed with a friend for 4 nights here. The location is excellent and close to many beautiful parks and NC museum, also only 15 minutes from the airport. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast options are meh. Very little fruit options and zero healthy breakfast items such as whole wheat bread, good quality cheese or meat. The bedroom is very comfortable, the beds are good, the bathroom has the essentials and room service is great. I would stay here again and walk to Panera for a hearty breakfast! ( 1 minute walk) Highly recommended stay!

  Alysson the front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. I had a tuff day at Greyhound and needed to use the computer. She assisted me while displayed great customer service. She was very professional. I greatly enjoyed my stay.
