They did offer a discount to stay but after he was walking around on our arrival and after we returned from dinner and making unnecessary (gunshot) sounds I decided it was best to leave with my children! - TTThomasNov 25, 20251.0I checked in Thursday was told they had no hot water and it would be fixed the next day. However it was not and again was promised the next day and the next. Monday comes along still no hot water and when confronting the manager about this issue and informing him it is against the law in North Carolina for hotels not to provide water he gets upset tells me it’s not illegal and proceeds to kick me out of the hotel. With a refund of only two of the days I stayed there. The management needs to be educated on what’s right and what’s wrong because he left me with nowhere to go. I ended up sleeping on a bench that night because the refund he chose to give me has yet to be put back on my card. As for you manager here is what you asked me for as you were throwing a paying customer out of your hotel because you didn’t agree with him

There was little communication, and we felt like our concerns were being ignored. We were told we would receive a full refund, but we are still waiting on it. This has been very frustrating, and we’re hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible.
