    We didn’t have any hot water during our stay. The Male staffer was very helpful and did everything they could to assist us, but the next day staff was not helpful at all. There was little communication, and we felt like our concerns were being ignored. We were told we would receive a full refund, but we are still waiting on it. This has been very frustrating, and we’re hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible.

    Such a poorly maintained hotel. Leaks all over plumbing issues left everywhere. 8 hrs + total water outages and still charging full price to pretty much camp here. Save your money, choose anywhere else, not to mention Dave the manager is an unapologetic rude unprofessional

    Stayed from 10/23/25 thru 10/28/25. The breakfast every morning was good. But beyond that..... the plus means extras this place had none. Our room never was cleaned the whole stay. Every day we had to go to the front desk to get towels, all toiletries and trash bags. We were told to put our used towels outside the door with all trash daily for them to pick up. They hardly ever had complete towel sets to give us. There was mold at the cieling where it meets the wall in the shower. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. Needless to say, I will not be staying here anymore.

    Stayed here for 4 days 5 nights for a little get away and for the charlotte checkers opening season games. To start this I must first say I sincerely regret not doing my homework before booking this hotel. By far this should not be a Best Western "Plus" or even a Best Western at all for that matter. Our stay was to say the least disappointing. Upon check in we were informed that housekeeping service won't be provided during our stay and long behold after returning to the hotel one evening after a day out on the town our bed was made up and our room clearly entered by someone other than my wife and I. Thankfully none of our expensive equipment we brought along with us did not go missing. The advertisement pictures of the rooms are very deceptive. The rooms are small, the carpet throughout is very dirty, the walls and doors throughout the hotel have scratches, dents, scuff marks etc. The ONLY elevator in the hotel broke down twice during our stay. Our bathroom sink drain was mostly blocked not draining properly. Our shower curtain torn up, the shower head spews water in every direction so much so it constantly soaked the floor. There was an instance where I went to the front desk to request a few hand towels and the front desk lady told me one minute while she typed away on her personal cell phone. Very poor customer service on her part. The provided breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting. How about some potatoes with your thyme? Yes there was more thyme than potatoes. They were literally getting a spa day treatment in thyme. I can keep going on and will attach some pictures as proof of what im saying but suffice it to say I will be reaching out to corporate about this experience and fight to get our stay refunded. I urge future visitors to DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you book a hotel in the area for there are far better and nicer higher quality choices near by and in the immediate area for around the same rates as this place. Will not be staying here again.
