- KRKarina RomanelliMar 16, 20265.0WOW, what a fantastic experience! I was warmly greeted and welcomed by the front desk clerk. She was very efficient and kind! I was carrying several bags and she offered to go with me to open my hotel door and turn the light on for me. The room was super clean! The hotel is new and everything looks fresh. It is also well-appointed. I love the wide plank flooring--it also feels so much cleaner than carpet. There are plenty of lighting options a fridge and microwave. The closet has an extra side door which contains an ironing board and iron. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows with varying degrees of soft/firmness. The bathroom has sliding glass doors into a walk-in shower with lighting built into the mirror. This is located to the right side of the mall so food and shopping options are close by yet it is a very safe area. I left before breakfast but absolutely loved my stay!! Kudos to a job well done and a wonderful addition to New Bern!
