  A room with a view! Rooms overlooking the waterfront are awesome! We stayed 5 days, the restaurant and waitstaff was 5 star!

  We stayed here weekends over the summer when we moved our boat to the marina. When we are not staying on the boat or have family joining we always stay here. Great hospitality all around from rooms to bar, to restaurant. The staff is super friendly.

  This hotel is the nicest hotel I stay in for travel. The staff is what makes the stay special, though the property is very very nice already. The manage, Shelby, really cares about guests. Madina at the front desk remembers me by name every time. Fareyn and Montsay both were so very helpful and kind. Jake in the restaurant is phenomenal and also remembers me by name and gives me great service. Unlike any other hotel. And I’m not special! This is just the way the staff is. I’m so grateful. I’ll stay there every time I come to town.

  Stayed five nights on a visit to New Bern. Not likely to stay here again. The mattress was extremely firm and the drapes hang very far from the windows and let lots of light in from the exterior property lights at night. As diamond members we received a daily food credit but we only used it in the restaurant once for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was unbearably salty and everything else over-priced, we ate out for other meals. We were over charged on our final bill as pantry purchases weren't properly adjusted, and though I called twice, nothing was done about it. The first time I was told the manager would return my call when he was back in office. The second time (manager needed called) I was told the discrepancy would be resolved and refund processed but it never was. Not worth a third call. The most annoying part of this stay was that the fire alarm went off on two separate nights. That's a very unnerving thing to wake up to in the middle of the night.
