The check in process was seamless, thanks to her friendly and welcoming demeanor. Ms. Lulu, deserves her kudos.   Koe went above and beyond! We had a special accommodations needs, Koe went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We appreciate how he stayed 30 mins past his schedule shift just to make sure we were comfortable. No matter how many much time it took he handled to situation with grace and care. This level of customer service is extremely rare. Especially at a Holiday inn express! Koe could easily work at a Ritz Carlton or another high end hotel. Thank you Koe for your outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Note the rooms are nice and the other staff are too! The reason for the review though is because of Koe.

  Navy Veteran Review⚓️: - Danh and Lu Lu did an awesome job during my registration and check-in process. I was able to get a government/military discount on my room and I paid the extra fee for early check-in which was convenient for me. Some other hotels in the area do not offer early check-in for government personnel. - All gym equipment works and the dumbbells are awesome. Enough space for 7-10 people if needed. There is a TV in the gym that has cable and YouTube access. - The managers are awesome 👍 This hotel is well managed and properly clean. 10/10 🌟 Gym ✅ Breakfast ✅ Snacks ✅ Rooms ♥️ Hallways 😁 Pool ☺️ Parking 👍 Customer Service 🫡

  It's a very clean facility, very new. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is a nice perk. It's about 10 minutes from downtown New Bern.

  My family booked 3 rooms here and the hotel, including rooms were very clean. The staff was very welcoming, especially Koe and Danh who helped with checkin and any other needs that came up. Danh even came out and offered to help my dad with our luggage. The hospitality was much appreciated!
