His professionalism and kindness really made a difference and helped keep our stay comfortable and stress‑free. The location was perfect for us—close and convenient to a doctor’s appointment we had in the area since we live out of town. We appreciated the clean, updated rooms and the excellent customer service. Thanks again to Nick for making our stay a positive one. We will be back!

Staff was smiling and communicative in English. Town center New Bern is 8 minutes driving distance. Irma is a true hostess wirh personality, and watched people coming and going out the front door. Irma is an asset to Hilton Hampton in New Bern.
