- KHKimberly HaywardDec 23, 20254.0We stayed at this location while visiting the Harrah’s casino in Murphy. This place is old but clean and quiet. Nothing fancy or luxurious. The blanket was a bit thin but our bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious. Best Western Murphy is an excellent choice if you’re visiting the casino and want to save a few bucks on lodging. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Check-in was easy and again, accommodating. With handicap needs and a service dog, we requested ground floor, and it was not a problem! Breakfast was minimal, but if you’d like, there is a Burger King and a BoJangles within a stones throw. Walmart is across the highway as is the cheapest gas in town. A bit annoying was the housekeeping carts and wheelbarrow that seemed to reside in their permanent spot on the covered walkway. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

I think they cook for the road crew. It's hard to sleep with their truck lights and them talking outside at 4:30-5:00 of the morning . Ask for a front room
