- JSJeffrey ScottApr 14, 20261.0We have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the world. Our niece is a director at Holiday Inn Corporate offices and we are strong supporters of her and the brand. One our current trip, we are staying at The Holiday Inn Raleigh/Durham Airport and the hotel is nice. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good (paid, not continental) and it’s conveniently located. The issue is this…we have stayed 2days already and the male at the reception desk does not acknowledge ANYONE coming in to the lobby. It’s very petty of me (I feel) but he works in the HOSPITALITY industry! If you are not hospitable, find another career! We have left and returned to the hotel 7 times since check in and he has not even made eye contact when he is at the desk. No “hello”, no “welcome back”, nothing. Corporate is aware now but it completely ruins the stay when someone goes out of their way to make us feel uncomfortable.

- BWBrian WhitsonApr 5, 20265.0Located near the RDU airport (only five mins away). The front desk made us feel very seen and welcomed. This hotel allows for long term parking if you are flying out. It is only $10 a day and they provide a shuttle both going to and returning from the airport. Please let th front desk know if you need this service. We left quite early and the hotel provided some breakfast items that we could take with us. This was really awesome and we appreciated the hotel. Definitely will try to stay there in the future.
