  My husband and I travel a great deal abroad and usually stay at the Holiday Inn express in Morrisville either before or after our trip - or sometime both. We always enjoy our breakfast time there with the breakfast host, Ms Heyley Johnson. She is always helpful, always smiling and remembers us. She even makes sure I get the blueberry yogurt that I like so much! She starts our day with a smile and a full stomach. Holiday Inn is lucky to have such an asset to their staff! I also want to mention someone who works at the front desk who remembers us and the fact that we always ask for a first floor room. I don’t know her last name, but her first name is Sara. We average a stay at the Holiday Inn express approximately every 4 to 6 weeks. We look forward to the friendly and helpful staff at that location and plan to continue our stays there! One further mention are the drivers to the airport. They are always on time, Friendly and helpful. They are another asset to the Holiday Inn express!

  I just wanted to say how nice , clean and peaceful this hotel is not to mention the location was great 5 minutes to airport . . Sarah was attending to the front desk and it was such a pleasure to be greeted by her . She was very professional and represents your company well . The driver that took use to airport at 5 am was also cheerful and waiting on use when we arrived . You have got yourself two very good employees 👏 well done . We will book with you again and refer to rest of friends and family .

  Stayed here to catch an early flight. Great service, great proximity to airport. Especially liked the convience of leaving car here at catching shuttle to airport. Our shuttle driver, Todd, was very helpful and entertaining.

  I didn’t stay at this hotel. I want to share how kind and courteous their shuttle driver was though. We actually parked at a neighboring hotel. When our driver had not shown up for 35 minutes, and the Holdiay Inn driver had been by twice and saw us still waiting there, he said, “Get in, I will take you to your hotel.” I’d say that’s over and above service. He had made conversation with us immediately the first time while he was waiting for his passengers, our driver never spoke a word and just pointed to the door and grunted. I think I’ll be using Holiday Inn next time.

  We chose this hotel based upon its proximity to the airport and the fact that they had shuttle service. The room is a bit smaller than the typical hotel room but it was comfortable and served our purpose. We took the first shuttle, which left at 4:30am. Todd was our driver and he made the short ride extremely pleasurable. He was engaging and hospitable. As a family of four we were doing the usual tense last mimute confirming of having everything that was needed. He offered to take our bags without any pressure and at an appropriate time. As we were closing in on our departure time, he offered to fix my wife a cup of coffee. He made the trip light hearted and helped reduce the anxiety that often comes with travel through humor and reassuring comments that helped us start our day in the right way.
