It is not their fault about the condition of this property. The hotel was disgusting and filthy. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in in over 15 years. The paint is pealing off the ceiling. The shower curtain rod is falling off the wall so the shower curtain was sagging to the middle and water was going all over the floor. The bathtub was peeling. The room smelled awful and the window could not be opened due to being caulked shut. Lastly, there was fecal remains on the underside of the toilet seat. I am a lifetime Marriott platinum elite. I probably have stayed in 5000 hotels in my career. This was one of the three worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Traveling out west I have stayed in many Best Western properties, enough to reach Platinum status, and they are one of the top chains I consider when booking a hotel. They are always well maintained and clean. Unfortunately this one is not. This hotel should not even be in the Best Western system. I have provided pictures so you can see what to expect. I was traveling with a colleague and his room was the same. Like I said, I am very fair about my reviews, but I would not have booked this property and I would never recommend anyone else book it. Again, the staff was excellent however the hotel needs a total renovation or be removed from the Best Western system. I will think twice about booking a Best Western property for my future stays.
