  Bugs everywhere (dead and living - picked a live ladybug out of my hair at one point), dust and dirt everywhere, hair from previous visitors in the sink and on towels/washcloths. Also we got previous visitor’s leftover toilet paper?? Cleaning services at this place are terrible. Bed was clean and comfortable enough thankfully

  My wife slept and fell he wasn't willing to help we were in a handicap accessible room right next to the front and no one came to check on us when apparently there was a fire I was coughing off a fit couldn't breathe and my wife ended up falling while pregnant on a fan that the attendant left in front of walkway and fell on it, he was very disrespectful and didn't care the fact that we couldn't breathe and that she fell when I asked for a full refund he freaked out on me and started yelling at the other customer that apparently his trial accidentally caused the fire
