The hot temperature and food smell in the hallways went well with the toilet plunger next to the elevator. Decided to just get some rest and would shower at my next stop, because of dirty bathroom and floor.
- MHmelisa hierSep 10, 20191.0Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk attendant who was not rude but not pleasant. Each question we asked seemed as though we were an inconvenience. The hallways and rooms have a stale tobacco odor. The room appeared satisfactory at first sight but we opened the lid to the toilet to a disgusting surprise. When we told the front desk they offered to move us and said “sometimes guests sneak back in to the room after housekeeping has been there and use the bathroom”. That makes no sense, especially since you have to physically turn all your room keys in at check out or they charge you $10 for each. They also charge $10 for each guest over 2, each night, not uncommon but I promise you they adhere to this as there is only one entrance and we were “warned” when two guests came up to our room, “I will remember their faces. No guests are allowed after 9pm.” The mini fridge was an unexpected bonus but they didn’t clean it out- leftovers from prior guests were still in there. The only positive thing was the lack of bed bugs. Pay a few dollars more to stay somewhere else.
