    Really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to visit our son who is going to school and the room was clean, we had all we needed for our stay and bed was very comfy. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the free Otis spunkmeyer cookies:) location was perfect! we will definitely stay there again.

    IHG should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of their brand. Everything about the hotel is in disrepair. Dirty, stained and broken. The woman at the front desk and the women serving breakfast were very kind. They charge an exorbitant pet fee of $85 which is not disclosed on their IHG website. The fact that IHG lend its brand to an establishment of such poor quality is so disappointing. IHG did nothing to address my concerns except tell me to take it up with the hotel directly, and the hotel told me to take it up with IHG.

    Stayed here on the way to Florida I only gave it 2 stars because they charged $85 for our dog one night. I would have stayed here on the way back but found another HI Express nearby that charged $35 the regular rate so will never stay here again.

    They’re in the middle of renovations, So I can’t fault them too much for how the rooms look. As far as the area goes, there’s a local group that sits in the parking lot next to the hotel every night at varying times and revs their engines up obnoxiously which can make it hard to sleep. Also, on the last day here, it’s their “policy“ to shove the room invoice under your door at 3 AM. If you’re a light sleeper like me, that’ll wake you up immediately. I went downstairs to ask about it and was told “we’ll send you some points” checkout time isn’t until 11 AM, Nobody on earth needs this invoice at 3 in the morning. If you’re printing them off anyway, just print them off whenever checkout happens. Or, here’s a crazy thought, send the invoice via email like you normally do.
