The hotel and our room were both very clean. The staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful both when calling to let them know we would be arriving late and while checking in and out. The breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

I always enjoy this hotel. The beds at the Hilton are always comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. And there’s always something in the lobby to complement your stay. This day was a good day at the Hilton.

All I can say is what a bizarre experience. I’ll go down the list one by one as we encountered them. First of all, the luggage carts look like they were stolen out of an airport with very loose poles sticking in the air that were difficult to use and undersized. Secondly, the associates at the front desk did not seem enthused whatsoever by our presence or being at work. When I politely asked what the amenities are, they provided a very blank and desperate stare, then provided a simple handout that comes with the key card with very limited information inside. Third, the room is extremely tiny, not really a complaint, but more or less something to be aware of if you are expecting something larger, it appears to be modeled almost after a tiny home. The bathroom is decently roomy. Things to be aware of while in the room. lighting is complicated to control and a little awkward with a mock desk lamp that will blind you. Side table is inadequate on the left side of the bed. Decent outlet selection as well USB connection available for charging during the night. The bedframe is absolutely dangerous, that needs to be removed completely. Myself, as well as my companion wrecked our knees and legs into the side of that God forsaken piece multiple times throughout the visit when we least expected nonetheless. Absolutely no storage space for clothes, just some hooks on the wall. The refrigerator was not even cold, it was barely turned on. Furthermore, there is only one tiny little trashcan that didn’t even have a trash bag, doesn’t seem very sanitary to me. In addition to that, the bathroom did not have any trashcan whatsoever. People like the water pressure, but it’s actually overwhelming due to the fact you can’t control the pressure from the faucet end. You can only select from on to cold to hot. When you step into the shower, the water almost hurts. I also forgot to mention one of the side tables had pieces of some sort of wrapper and crumbs still laying on it. The pillows on the bed situation is another huge miss. They bizarrely folded the pillows in half into little cubes that we initially thought were couch pillows. The bed was also very springy and uncomfortable, if you have someone else in the bed with you, you will be woken up multiple times because any movement is a shockwave through this bed.
To sum it all up, I was unimpressed by the entirety of the stay, breakfast was the only thing we liked. Listen folks, I’m not trying to sound super picky, but I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life and this one is certainly at the bottom of my list. A free day, maybe. Paying your money for it that you worked hard for, no way in hell. I understand it’s inexpensive, but it is hardly an excuse for what we experienced.

Truly shocked at how this was handled by the property so here it is, for perspective the property was contacted 3x and hotel management failed to offer any compensation. I will say the desk agent was great when I raised the initial concern however her manager was supposed to follow up to handle this further which never happens.
I stayed in room 312 and it was fine, modern… bed was comfy. However there were 3 roaches in the room which I saw in the morning. I advised the staff discretely and showed them images and asked they address the problem, it’s hard to be perfect and just wanted to bring this to their attention and said as someone who’s had projects like this I expected to be fully refunded. (I’m in hospitality, I’ve had hotels and restaurants…sometimes you just can’t win.) They were quite thankful on site and I just assumed I’d see a fare reversal to follow shortly. After weeks I called, and called again, left messages through Booking.com even, left on hold for an hour ect ect…to no avail.
So here we are… what a fumble from this Hilton and their service team, sorry guys but I tried to take the high road and you refused to acknowledge my disappointing stay.
