We went to the front desk, asked why we didn’t get the king room and she said the 2 queen beds was all they had so last minute. We the asked for a refund since we didn’t and couldn’t get the room we booked and she said no. Secondly, the hotel is under renovations and nowhere on the website does it say that so the hotel is very rundown compared to the photos online. False advertising if you ask me. It’s trash. Don’t recommend. Very disappointed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, they always offer extras like popcorn & hot dogs in the afternoons, a fruit bowl with bananas, oranges, & apples in the lobby, & water infused with lemon by the front door.
