Clean rooms, friendly staff, they always offer extras like popcorn & hot dogs in the afternoons, a fruit bowl with bananas, oranges, & apples in the lobby, & water infused with lemon by the front door.

They had hotdogs and popcorn, coffee and lemonade and HOT COOKIES. It's SO CLEAN... The breakfast was delicious! They have all the regular continental items, PLUS eggwhite omelettes with peppers and onions, cheese omelettes and pancakes. The beds ... Oh the wonderful clean rooms and comfortable beds with the best pillows...The staff we encountered are so very very polite and friendly. We came for the Young Gravy Concert and a Nascar Tech Graduation, so we were excited and tired. We live in Asheville, so we are used to the unkind. Thank you for the great experience. I'm coming back, just to stay here😀
- JRJason RinehartNov 28, 20252.0Hotel staff was nice and welcoming. But things end there. Hotel is very out of date. Showing that everything in the room minus the bed and pillows were old. I travel and stay in many hotels all over the country and in the IHG line, its obvious this property has not been keeping up with the remodeling that can be seen at other IHG locations. All i can say is get with the times. If the rooms are going to be priced at the same rate as other hotels Ive stayed at in the IHG family then put some revenue back into the property.
