OMG. This was such a big disappointment. Read online reviews before booking and the 4.6 rating was WAY off. The only positive was the two ladies at the front desk who were wonderful but the hotel is old, dirty, musty and the rooms dark, dated with dirty dark rugs. This hotel needs a major overhaul renovation. Location is next to parking lots of other businesses and terrible traffic on approaching road. We left before bringing up our luggage. Couldn't stay.

To start off with i’d like to say that the staff was extremely friendly, great check in experience, clean, great location and awesome Halloween decorations! Unfortunately I was not happy with my room. It was as if my room was a mixture of the “old and the new”. The microwave has to be ancient, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was filthy, and the shower curtain does not cover the length of the tub. I flooded the floor a couple of times. I have not been in a hotel room with that old type of healing and cooling units system of heating and cooling in a very long time. I found it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature without turning it off and on. The ottoman in the living room was stained, it would have been nice to at least have one metal, fork, spoon, and knife that I could’ve re-washed and a corkscrew and bottle opener also. I had to slam the room door or else it wouldn’t close all the way. Some evenings there were cookies and other evenings there weren’t so I wasn’t sure the reasoning. The parking was horrible. Every night I ended up parking across the street. Overall I do not think it is a great value

Found a sock that wasn’t ours. Whenever there is a sleep sofa there is almost always debris in or around it. The location was difficult to find and though the charge for pets they don’t give pet treat bags like others do.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding nearby. The rooms were clean, however the bathroom was poorly designed/arranged. The toilet paper holders were either broken or the rolls were not sized properly, and the tub plug was attached to the tub in a way that prevent the shower curtain from properly container water during showers unless the plug was hung outside the tub. The sealing on the main room doors wasn’t great, and combined with the hotel staff being somewhat loud during cleaning, it made the stay feel a bit noisy in the mornings. Otherwise, hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, during out stay, there were a number of truck break-ins in the parking lot. We were not directly affected, thankfully, but we were told by locals this is not an uncommon occurrence and affected surrounding homes/businesses, not just the hotel.
