    Horrible on every level. Room was never cleaned, there was hair all over the bathroom. Service was curt so I knew they weren't going to be any help. The exit is right only, and the odds you need to make a right are slim to none. Will never stay here again

    First time here at this IHG hotel, I stay in an IHG for work and always get an upgrade, except here. I was not even greeted as a diamond elite member.

    Rooms are AMAZING!!!! Great location - shopping plaza less than a mile or so back towards interstate. Quiet non commercial area around hotel. Seemed very safe. Staff was super nice even though we got there after 11pm. Foyer and area was clean. I don't think they do a free breakfast but they do have one of those in house pantry stores, but Food Lion is less than 1 mile away toward interstate The hotel was renovated in Oct 2025 and we stayed in a studio suite with a king bed (it had a connecting room option as well). It was super clean and room was decorated and arranged well. The bathroom was spacious. It had a full kitchen w/coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, a cooktop AND A TOASTER. They even have plates, glassware, silverware, pots pans and serving dishes - ALL NEW! They also provide coffee and tea supplies. I could totally live there lol They recently redid the parking lot and the outdoor area with the gazebo was nice. I think they may still be working on the pool - not sure I didn't go there so contact front desk and ask. It looked open but not sure. Great stay!!! Definitely more bank for your buck than a Hampton or Fairfield or Marriott!!!! Highly recommend!
