I stay at holiday inns often for work and traveling personally and have never had a issue. Ive called twice requesting a manager call me and its been crickets. I would not recommend staying here.

A few non-dairy additions (like non-dairy milk) would be a welcomed addition. The self-serve 24 hour coffee machines were a nice surprise. Despite being adjacent to the highway it's relatively quiet and the blackout shades help with a good night's sleep. There are areas for improvement with some maintenance like the washing machines and ice machines not working, flickering lights in some places and the like. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as a side sleeper (too hard) but the pillows were great and my kids slept so... Most importantly I wanted to say thank you to Brandon (works until 11PM) at the front desk. On more than one occasion he went above and beyond to provide service. There were a couple maintained issues that were out of his control and he went the extra mile to assist my family. The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating, respect, polite, and helpful. We would happily book again next time we're in town. If anyone in a place to acknowledge Brandon professionally reads this, please do so with confidence. He is a big part of why we'd be repeat customers.

It turned out that there is a problem with the drain and they had to close the valves so the sink would not back up and overflow. It's amazing that they put us in that room. We suggest that others stay away from this hotel, as there are better options right up the street.
