    When we reserved hotel no one told us there was a deposit. It wasn't on the website either. My husband has cancer and I'm starting my liver transplant and have a 3 - 4 hour drive. We had to drive home because we didn't have the extra money. No recommendations.

    Worst hotel experience of my life, the staff at the front desk attitude was disgusting. As soon as we walked in she made it clear that she did not want to help us. My brother booked through a third party and they treated us as though we had no right to be there. Never again !!

    I’ve stayed at many IHG properties, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and did not demonstrate the customer service standards I’ve come to expect from IHG. I wasn’t thanked for being an IHG member, and overall the hospitality was extremely disappointing. The issues with the room were even worse. The fridge didn’t work, and I had to use the one in the lobby for my food. Not only was this a major inconvenience, but the staff didn’t offer an apology or any solution. The photos online are definitely misleading — the room looked nothing like what was advertised. It was dirty, had a strong unpleasant odor, and clearly had a poorly done “renovation.” There were patches on the walls, fixtures in the bathroom falling apart, a broken iron, and an ironing board cover that was visibly dirty. I was highly disappointed with my stay, but thankfully it was only for one night. This property is nowhere near the usual IHG standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
