Sarrah, the manager, was an absolute ray of sunshine and was more always more than happy to help and/or accommodate me with anything I needed. The front desk team was equally wonderful and always made me feel welcome. They also went above and beyond daily to make sure I had a wonderful day since I primarily worked out of my hotel room. Housekeeping was very good and the kitchen staff were always very friendly and kept an incredibly neat breakfast area. I can’t thank them all enough for kindness and professionalism they showed during my stay. I always felt like part of the family and I would highly recommend booking this location if you are ever in the area!

Room was roomy and clean and plenty of pillow choices. The front desk ladies were sweet and stayed in touch via text. The walls are SUPER thin! The guests showering and blowdrying their hair and talking about breakfast, travel plans, and personal grooming sounded as if they were standing next to our bed rather than on the other side of the adjoining door (which was odd since we weren't a part of their group). We opened our door to find the cafe packed! The service ladies expressed every weekend is like that, meaning food ran out quickly and not everyone used their manners. Those ladies were working hard to keep the eating area clean and stocked. We likely would stay there again if the price was right, but I'd ask for a room on the end and inquire if there was a large group booked before making my decision.

The beds were hard and pillows unsupportive, we woke up feeling achy and unrested. Free breakfast was barely edible, but coffee was good. Front desk was pleasant enough. Overall, absolutely not worth the price charged, would recommend you look elsewhere.
