- CScharles smithDec 12, 20252.0Location was gorgeous the place itself was awful. Orange liquid came out of the faucet in the tub. We didn't tell the front desk as we only stayed one night. It was clean enough to sleep in but I dont recommend for a extended stay. Staff was very rude and short with us. The Location is beautiful right under the mountains

The only problem I had during my stay, and it wasn't a minor one, was the shower water—it was freezing cold. It would heat up for three minutes and then go back to cold; you had to wait 20 minutes for it to heat up again. But this place makes up for everything because of the amazing view. ? (Oh, I remember we found some small cockroaches.) 💔🥺

Old, room seemed unclean, rusted pieces and hole in the wall, and tv never worked (just snowy on analog, no cable). There is no fitness room or laundry for guests. There are many other motels along this main street, many back up to the creek. We're looking into them next time.

- TWThomas WaltersOct 17, 20252.0On a very busy street with lots of road noise. But the biggest issue was the worst WiFi I have ever experienced while staying at a Best Western. I was repeatedly told by the front desk that the internet service provider was working on the issue, but after a several day pre-booked stay, the WiFi was virtually non existent. Is it too much to ask for properly functioning WiFi when lodging away from home? One of the staff indicated that the WiFi had aways been poor at the hotel, and they just use the excuse that the ISP was working on the issue as a cover story.
