Old, room seemed unclean, rusted pieces and hole in the wall, and tv never worked (just snowy on analog, no cable). There is no fitness room or laundry for guests. There are many other motels along this main street, many back up to the creek. We're looking into them next time.

I was repeatedly told by the front desk that the internet service provider was working on the issue, but after a several day pre-booked stay, the WiFi was virtually non existent. Is it too much to ask for properly functioning WiFi when lodging away from home? One of the staff indicated that the WiFi had aways been poor at the hotel, and they just use the excuse that the ISP was working on the issue as a cover story.

Juice and coffee plentiful. Oh and they charged $2 for a bottle of water. What a profit! Need new towels. Must be new management. Giving Best Western a bad name.
