    I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel. The staff was friendly everything was literally in walking distance. Food, gas, coffee and Walmart. Right off the exit. This couldn’t have been a more perfect place to stay where my daughter and i were traveling home from Florida. Was the half way mark. They even give you a duck at check in which my daughter is obsessed with. Hands down best hotel I’ve been at

    What a fantastic hotel. Just off the interstate, great room, vibrant common areas, new, clean. Tru by Hilton quickly becoming my preferred Hilton brand.

    Just a short note of congratulations on a job well done by your team recently. Last Wednesday October 15, my wife and I stayed at the Tru in Lumberton. We made our reservation seamlessly on the Hilton App, received our digital key and room assignment promptly and when we arrived in the evening, we were greeted by a smiling front desk team member. She provided a key for the side door access as well as our Hilton Honors bottled water. Despite that fact that the property appeared busy from the looks of the parking lot (lots of trucks), it was very quiet at night. In the morning, we grabbed a small breakfast (I really like the small sandwich spot where you can make your own biscuit) and stood smiling while little kids waved their hand in front of the pancake machine to watch it work. Checkout was again seamless and was again greeted by a smiling front desk team member. Most important, the hotel was very clean. My wife is very particular about property cleanliness and on the way out on October 16, she said something like, “I have been in alot of clean hotels but this is really something.” No cleanup required when we entered the room, towels in order, duck on the night stand. Kudos to your rooms manager and housekeeping team!
