Got locked out of my room, and got locked outside. Very inconvenient, brought this issue up with the front desk and they laughed and said yeah our systems are getting an upgrade in the summer. They need to be upgraded now. Also they mentioned several guests were having the same issue so if you know there’s an issue, why are you ignoring it? Will never stay here again, tried to be compensated for a refund and they apparently don’t do refunds regardless of how many issues you encounter staying there. Before you think about staying here, there are way better options. The only plus was you get free breakfast at Denny’s, other than that a very inconvenient stay and not worth the price they charge for rooms. Absolutely ridiculous.
