Room was not freezing when we went in, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Freshly ground coffee, pancakes freshly made, even their water to go had cucumbers with a strawberry syrup on the side you could add in! Very impressed and affordable.

- FRFlavio RubanoDec 30, 20251.0I called this hotel to make reservations, I always speak to the front desk to make reservations, to make sure the hotel doesn’t allow pets, because my son and wife are very allergic to dogs. We checked in only to observe numerous dogs walking around. I inquired of the clerk who told me hotel was pet friendly, she provided me with phone number to front desk of another holiday inn down the street that was pet free. I was told the manager was not available on weekends when I inquired about a refund. We left and checked in to the other holiday inn. When I called back for the manager she declined the refund stating that I didn’t officially check out of her hotel. Even though her receptionist left her a note stating we had an issue. Why I would check in to another Holiday Inn, literally walking distance away, and she could easily check to see we stayed there that night but it didn’t matter. Very disappointed at the lack of empathy on the part of the manager.
