Kaishann was the only one who was nice and warm. I give him 5 stars.
When we checked in the front desk was so unwelcoming and felt cold. Never felt so rude front desk. Bathtub had hair and the thermostat wouldn’t work.

I called this hotel to make reservations, I always speak to the front desk to make reservations, to make sure the hotel doesn’t allow pets, because my son and wife are very allergic to dogs. We checked in only to observe numerous dogs walking around. I inquired of the clerk who told me hotel was pet friendly, she provided me with phone number to front desk of another holiday inn down the street that was pet free. I was told the manager was not available on weekends when I inquired about a refund. We left and checked in to the other holiday inn. When I called back for the manager she declined the refund stating that I didn’t officially check out of her hotel. Even though her receptionist left her a note stating we had an issue. Why I would check in to another Holiday Inn, literally walking distance away, and she could easily check to see we stayed there that night but it didn’t matter. Very disappointed at the lack of empathy on the part of the manager.

This hotel is pet friendly, which is fine except when we booked our room they had told us that it was completely pet free, which I need due to bad allergies to dogs. I had to leave and book another hotel somewhere else. And after all that, they refused a refund! I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel if possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, last night, December 28, 2025, when I inquired about the room price, I was given incorrect information. When I paid with my credit card, the amount turned out to be completely different from what the staff had quoted. I should mention that I specifically asked for the price including tax! I asked to cancel my reservation, but the staff member said it was impossible. I booked the room through Booking.com, and then I found out that I couldn't stay overnight! Dear hotel management, perhaps you should look into your staff, who are simply rude. Maybe these two women no longer want to work? It's important to be accommodating to customers! After all, they are your livelihood!

Arrived a little later in the evening. The Desk Clerk was great. Someone on an earlier shift had given my room away, but she made it right in under 5 minutes. The room was very well kept by housekeeping, it was spotless. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast,but it was all hot and refreshed quickly when almost out of an item.
The pool was wicked cold, but still felt good after a long day of driving.
If I'm back thru this area again, I will definitely use this hotel.
