Had a great view into the vineyard from our 4th floor room. The layout and amenities in room were pretty good, hot water was very warm not hot...not a deal breaker. The staff we encountered, esp. in hallways and near elevators were extremely gracious and polite...well done! "Free" breakfast could have been better. The items in chafing dishes were luke warm at best. Oatmeal, as usual, was excellent, coffee was also pretty good. Liked that the toasters were able to make really dark toast quickly! Overall a good stay.

If I could give a 0 I would. Made a reservation based on room details, which listed "balcony." Called the hotel to confirm, the representative TRINA, was the rudest front desk/customer service person I have ever spoken to. She cut me off as I was asking the question, was combative and condescending, and literally hung up on me. I wouldn't DARE stay somewhere like this or any other property if this is how potential customers are treated. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. And I have never written a poor review in my life...which indicates how utterly foul this person was that I would take time out of my day to write this. And immediately canceled the reservation. Ridiculous.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in the past and was treated with courtesy and respect. I called to make reservations today. The call was answered by a front desk employee by the name of Michael. He tried to price gouge me by trying to charge 100 more. When I tried to ask him about member discounts . He said I told you the price and and if you want me to repeat it again i will just hang up on you and he did. I then made reservations at the Holiday Inn in Salisbury with courteous staff and 100.00 less than what Michael quoated.
