- JCJason CothranOct 31, 20255.0My Favorite place to stay every time I go to Leland/Wilmington area. Plenty of places to eat near by. Reception is always pleasant and they always have my room key ready when I arrive. I've never had a bad experience here.

There were visible urine lines down the side of the toilet in our room, the hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty, and the toiletry dispensers were odd and visibly dirty.

- FFFg74hbSep 24, 20252.0How this place gets high ratings is beyond me. For starters, I went into my room, checked everything like I normally do. Then I saw bodily fluids( To be polite) on the beds back board. I switched rooms. Realized after buying food for the week there is no microwaves in the rooms. Very very inconvenience. Next, I don't get how some people give high reviews for the breakfast. It's bare minimum. The only good thing is a store right next door so you can buy cold foods, unless you don't mind going to front desk from the 4th floor to microwave your food. Then, this morning, i didn't realize I stepped on a huge roach. Cleaned that up. Now I have to go through all my bags to make sure they Are clean. For a new hotel, you lack the basics. I can go on, but I think people get the point. You guys can be better, it's a newer hotel. You got time still to turn it around Management Helen contacted me regarding the issue I had this week. She was actually pretty fast in wanting to resolve these issues. I give her a thumbs up
