  This is a new hotel in Leland, maybe a year old now. The Hotels location couldn't be better. Right off the 17, about 25 minutes from beaches. Very close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff in the morning, were very polite and nice. The front desk person at night was not so much. Attitude, not very welcoming, didnt explain anything; when breakfast starts, what time check out is, where the elevators are located, where my room is! Lol. Just quietly pushed my hotel key card towards me. We wanted to swim but the pool was cold and looked dirty at the bottom. Room was nice, clean, beds were comfy. They have a nice pool table and a nice lounge area. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

  Great hotel, excellent staff friendly warm and helpful. Super solid breakfast, and Dave at the front desk embodies hospitality, helpful with a smile and good spirit. If you’re visiting Leland this is your hotel.

  I think the reviews rating is dyslexic. It's more like 2.4 at best. Over a $100 a night and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. You have to go all the way down to the lobby by the front desk to share a microwave with the entire hotel. The bed linens had what appeared to be urine stains (more than one) also drooling stains on them. On top of all that...although quite time is 10 p.m. to 8 p.m. There was a man outside our bedroom window beating and scrapping a shovel on the sidewalk clearing the snow off at 10:45 p.m at night. After talking to the night manager, 2 minutes later the man was right back at it. As if to say she couldn't care less. I'll never stay here again. Don't waste your time or money.

  We loved the comfort, quality, and breakfast, along with the modern atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The location was great, and we look forward to staying at many more TRU by Hilton locations!

  The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good.
