Also this red looking stain in th back left corner of the shower. And that phone kept on ringing to wake others up. I understand that part, but it's not fun to listen to either.

Carrie at the front desk was a pleasure to meet—she had everything ready the moment I arrived, and they even had a welcome sign with my name on it. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was hot and ready first thing every morning. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay again.
- AGAllen GrayNov 15, 20251.0THIS HOTEL HAS BUGS. The front counter receptionist already knew because I wasn’t the first to complain about it today. We learned that most of the rooms on the 2nd floor have the same problem We walked in to our room and there were more than 20 lady bugs on the walls and at least 3 roaches.. that were visible The receptionist girl said there were no available rooms to move us to, so she checked at the other holiday inn 10 minutes away. She said I could make that move but I would have to pay MORE for a different room at the other hotel. No discounts were offered, no help was offered, nothing. We are traveling with a 3 year old who is terrified of bugs. The receptionist did not care at all, that was almost worse than the actual bug infestation, she did not do anything to help.

The check in staff on Sunday PM 10/12 barely spoke or made eye contact (though he was successful in getting us moved to a double Queen room). Overall the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and smelled fine. The shower water pressure was terrible and barely got warm (ironically the SINK water pressure would have peeled paint off the walls, too bad the shower didn't have that, ha!). The internet worked fine; the beds were very comfortable; the coffee machines were good but the breakfast was embarrassing - very little to choose from, not hot or fresh. I would still probably stay here again, if necessary, because the location is good for what we do in that area, but my expectations would definitely be lower, especially staff-wise.
