- KWKris WilliamsJan 21, 20262.0Spent 2 nights here did not have hot water in my room took a cold shower the first night notified the front desk and was told the problem would be fixed the second night I took another ice cold shower only because it was extremely late when I got off work and all I wanted was to go to bed at the time. I will check out and finish out my next few days at the Fairfield across the street
- KCKeshia CliftonJan 12, 20262.0I stayed here January 9-11, 2026, and was greeted, but the clerk later became rude. I had to fill out paperwork and put my address on it, even though I'm an IHG member (it wasn't a paperless check-in). The receptionist who checked me in refused me extra towels, and when I told her why I needed them, she told me I'd have to wait until the morning. I left and came back and realized I didn't get the breakfast information, so I stopped to ask clerk Carrie, and in the middle of her asking, she cut me off and told me the time was on the wall over there. This was the worst customer service I've experienced at IHG. I also wanted to note a safer way to give receipts to customers instead of sliding paper halfway under the door where others can see or retrieve customers' information. The condition of the room was three out of five.

Also this red looking stain in th back left corner of the shower. And that phone kept on ringing to wake others up. I understand that part, but it's not fun to listen to either.

Carrie at the front desk was a pleasure to meet—she had everything ready the moment I arrived, and they even had a welcome sign with my name on it. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was hot and ready first thing every morning. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay again.
