I crawled to the center of the mattress which was more firm but nobody should be asked to sleep on that. The breakfast was fair but missing several elements that other Holiday Inns have such as real eggs and strong coffee. Also, the location is peculiar and it is impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel - which is trapped in an island of interstates. Skip this hotel.

There is no excuse for an IHG property to have such saggy, worn out mattresses. Housekeeping is not great either. Microwave has burn places in it. After my shower the water ran all the way to the room door. I set the trash outside my door only to have it sit there for 2 days. This hotel is in need of some love, attention and updates.

Back and neck was hurting the next morning. Bed needs to be replaced. I found hair all over my towel after my shower. I will not stay at that hotel again. ☹️
