Water temperature in the showers needs to be fixed. Staff needs to be a little more polite to its guest as well leave parking spots in front for the guest. Employees don’t need to be parking in Diamond elite spots meant for guest.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The bed was hard and it had a big dip in it. It was very uncomfortable. The furniture was stained and there was rust everywhere. This is one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations and this is the worst one. The king size mattress was completely shot on both ends and sagged deeply. I crawled to the center of the mattress which was more firm but nobody should be asked to sleep on that. The breakfast was fair but missing several elements that other Holiday Inns have such as real eggs and strong coffee. Also, the location is peculiar and it is impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel - which is trapped in an island of interstates. Skip this hotel.
