- CKChristopher KaylorNov 17, 20251.0Was in need of a hotel for the night last Monday because the temperature was very cold, booked a room through Priceline only to discover I couldn't get a room after being charged $130 dollars, and after a long week was told that my reservation is still active and non-refundable, even though I never did get a hotel room, so, Priceline and Holiday Inn Express should refund my money.

- JMJennifer MOct 10, 20255.0Great place to stay if you’re in Kernersville, North Carolina! The staff are friendly and helpful. I got to Kernersville about 12:30 PM, And check-in is not until 3 PM. I Normally would not do this, but I thought what the heck. I went in and spoke with Carol at the front desk. She was very helpful and said yes I could check in right then. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and the spray was good. There are Dove products in the shower: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. At the sink there is Dove hand wash and body lotion. At night, it’s very quiet, even if your room faces the parking lot. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. If you’re ever in the area, you will be happy you stayed here!

But… Devyn was so incredibly helpful and easy to talk to, she was able to find me a great deal that was much lower in price. Devyn was probably one of the best hotel people I ever had the pleasure of working with. And the manager Tristian was really helpful in securing rooms for my crew as well. I’ll be sure to stay here each time I come out this way for work with the kind of hospitality Devyn and Tristian provided.
