- KBKaylee BaconNov 7, 20252.0Room was clean, the outlets are ran through and the mattress had a divot. The staff was so kind and helpful and the breakfast has great options all good. It's right next to the highway and there's no sound barrier so I got the worst sleep with the highway noise. And it was so insanely overpriced for the amount of noise. Not sure if I'd recommend this place. Just a really bad location and bad the city didn't build a sound barrier for the highway. Oh! The bathroom has a normal door and the shower was alright but not the best water pressure

- KKKatieOct 31, 20251.0I'm a Holiday Inn kinda girly, but unfortunately, I'm sad to write this post! I want to let others close by know before they check in at the wrong time of day. Back Story: I moving out of NC, packed up my house. I booked my room a couple nights before for my toddler, dog, and I to stay. Packers were done packing my house up, so I went to go check in after dinner time (7PM-ish). I'm originally from Las Vegas so NC is not Vegas, so hotels here lock doors at night & I get it safety reasons. I was a concierge in Uptown Charlotte for years, worked 4PM-12AM. As I was checking in, I was told that I couldn't stay there cause I was a NC resident who lived less than 15 miles away from this location. I've been in a tough spot before but I did not want my toddler to live out of my car on a chilly night. So I was taken back. I have No family here, friends are all down in Pineville & Matthews Area. I asked why. I was told, "It was bad, but 'she' kept trying to get people back in, & no one came back." I have no idea what that means & I don't know who she is, but take it with what you will. I left & had to think fast for my family. Luckily Hampton Inn across the street by Cracker Barrell had availability, it was not to late so it was still open, pet friendly, & also has complimentary breakfast. Ugh, I love Holiday Inn 😭 Please if you live near this location & need a place to stay for whatever reason. Save your time & worries & check in somewhere else. Also, 3rd Party does not know about this new policy because they still charged us. Well aware of our zip code for our CC. Of course we will call later today to handle that.

We asked for the maid staff to possibly clean our room while we were in it because just the day before a maid came in to clean while we were out and threw out several of our items thinking we had checked out. When explained, Victoria became very rude and nasty taunting us as to why we didn't file a report. We had talked to a different front desk clerk the day before about the incident and it was handled professionally and well. After Victorias attitude we then had to report to filing an official report for the missing items. Terrible customer service.
- KMKimberly McLeanOct 22, 20251.0We just had the nastiest experience with the employee Victoria, who I believe works the second shift starting at 2 p.m. She was extremely rude. On Sunday night, 10/19, our belongings were stolen from our room. We spoke with Jackie at the front desk, who was very helpful and kind. She explained the process for getting reimbursed. Fast forward to 10/22—we requested to have our room cleaned. Victoria told us that they do not clean rooms with people or pets inside. We refused to leave the room since our belongings had previously been stolen by staff. She then became extremely rude with me, and I recorded every interaction we had. She said she would escort us off the property. I made a police report. When I tried calling back, she immediately became nasty again and hung up on me. I will not stop until she is fired. I will be sharing all of my interactions with her managers. I’m glad I recorded her being rude from being to end !
