- OROlivia R5 days ago5.0Everything about this hotel was great! The lady at the front was super nice, The rooms were clean I didn’t have the breakfast, but my husband and daughter did It was good. My daughter left her expensive headphones, stuffed animal and bracelet and when I called in the people were honest and allowed me to ship them back. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s the process to fenagle and prompted to set up additional user accounts in order to plug in and charge. Your location was the only one on our trip where this issue took place. 2 in OH, 1 in GA that are IHG locations we had no issue. …… Hotel advertises EV charging. Upon arrival, they’re not compatible for our Tesla. Had this been better communicated, we would not have chosen this hotel. Husband had to drive 15 mins away to the nearest EV charging. Room is dated. We upgraded for a larger room, and the beds are dated and not comfortable. After a 10 hour drive, and spending extra for IHGs better room selection, I expected better quality. Do better, and correctly communicate the EV charger that is offered at this location, so Tesla owners know ahead of time and can properly plan their stay.
