Had an amazing stay here. They were dog friendly and super accommodating. Millie was the best room service I could ask for. If there would be any fault it would be no cleaning unless Millie was assigned due to my dogs barking. However , Millie was excellent! They also had breakfast every morning and meals Monday-Wednesday which really came in clutch, and the food was great!

Shockingly Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior from Staff Member Jason I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. On November 17, 2025, at around 11:20 PM, an employee named Jason raised his voice at me in an aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional manner. His shouting was so loud that my daughter, who was upstairs on the second floor, heard him screaming, became frightened, and ran downstairs to see what was happening. No child should ever have to feel scared in a hotel because of a staff member’s behavior. As a guest, I expect basic respect, safety, and professionalism. Instead, I was yelled at and humiliated, and my daughter was terrified by the situation. This is entirely unacceptable. I reported the incident, yet no action was taken to address the behavior or to make us feel safe or supported. If this hotel allows staff like Jason to behave this way toward guests — loudly, aggressively, and with no accountability — it reflects extremely poorly on the management and the property as a whole. I strongly do not recommend staying here. Until the management takes real responsibility and ensures that guests are treated with dignity, professionalism, and basic courtesy, this hotel is not worth your time, money, or trust. Update. I would like to respond to the statement the hotel administration made under my review. Yes, the conflict happened because the hotel employee refused to sell me one bottle of beer together with four juices. I wanted to purchase four bottles of juice and one bottle of beer. As soon as I asked why he needed my ID again when he had just seen it, I immediately told him that my daughter would go upstairs to our room to bring my ID, because my bag with the ID had already been taken to the room. I had checked in five minutes earlier — I want to repeat this because it is important. Five minutes earlier, these same employees saw my ID, and the bag was now in the room. When he asked for my ID, I sent my daughter to the room to get my bag. While she was on her way, the employee started yelling at me and refusing to sell the alcohol. He was behaving completely inappropriately and raised his voice at me very aggressively. No one has the right to yell at me, especially when my daughter heard his shouting from the second floor. Again, my daughter went upstairs specifically to bring my ID, but the hotel employee continued shouting and refused to provide the service. We travel a lot, and I am a Platinum member on Hotels.com. I have never had any issues at any hotels anywhere. Not once — except at your hotel. Your employee’s JASON behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and you need to take action. Let me repeat: there is absolutely no reason in the world for a hotel employee to yell at a guest or behave aggressively toward them. None. Such reasons simply do not exist. And you, as the hotel management, have no right to justify or excuse this kind of behavior from your staff. Since the incident happened only 12 hours ago — it was 11:20 PM last night, and now it is 10 AM — of course I did not have the time or energy to contact hotel management yet. And you, hotel administration, are seriously using this as an argument to justify the idea that it is somehow acceptable for your staff to yell at guests? Are you serious??? If you reviewed your own security cameras, you would be ashamed of your employee’s behavior. My daughter confirms that she heard the employee screaming from the second floor. And there was no screaming from me, because I never lose my composure or behave in an undignified way. I was raised well, and it would never even cross my mind to yell at a hotel employee. Your disgraceful response only highlights your true attitude toward your guests. Instead of checking the cameras and addressing your employee’s unacceptable behavior, you are bringing up state laws that have absolutely nothing to do with this situation — because my daughter WENT TO THE ROOM TO GET MY ID, and during that exact moment your employee inexplicably chose to scream at me.
