  I stayed at Home2 Suites Jacksonville, NC through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, and the staff truly made it feel like home. Being away during the holidays isn’t easy, but everyone was welcoming, friendly, and kind the entire time. Creating an atmosphere that truly made me feel at home. I stayed in a King Bed Studio Suite, which was the perfect size for 2 adults and a midsize dog. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Extra cooking items like a crockpot, air fryer, or induction cooktop were available upon request at no additional cost. The indoor pool was open, clean, and consistently in use during the posted hours. Laundry facilities included two standard washers and dryers, with a cost of $4 per load (wash and dry) at the time of my stay November 2025 - January 2026, and quarters were available at the front desk. Compared to other hotels in the area, the pet policy was realistic regarding pet size and most cost effective only charging the pet fee one time for the duration of my stay. The hotel was very pet-friendly and conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making daily needs easy to manage. What really stood out was the genuine care and hospitality of the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for extended or holiday stays.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Tydrea Russell and she is the perfect example of customer service. When you call a business you can tell if the person you are speaking with loves their job, wants to help, and is great with the public.

  Absolutely wonderful staff! Housekeeping is so kind and very attentive. The breakfast was great! The rooms were very comfortable. Excellent service all around!

  Another great stay at a Hilton. Home2 Suites in Jacksonville, NC was awesome from the time we checked in. The ladies at the counter were super nice and attentive, quickly getting us to our room. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The room was nice and quiet, enabling a sound sleep. The hotel is conveniently located great restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were reasonably priced and comparable to other hotels in the area.
