The two desk workers Wendy and Destinee were absolutely phenomenal and deserve all the credit for my wonderful stay. I will be becoming a member and coming back!

The room keys never work making you have to go back and forth to your room because they will give you the key and say it’s fine then it doesn’t work. Only one elevator working so taking the stairs is the only option usually unless you want to wait 10 minutes to go up one floor. Poor communication on what is allowed. We used 2 different forms of payment and was told later it wasn’t allowed. They discriminate against you and are not honest. Multiple charges on my bank account. Had to call and get the money back. The manager Wendy is rude and not understanding. Had my card charged then it got put back in which I was unaware of so I had to call them and pay again. They kept saying it was a new system and the staff wasn’t trained properly yet for it. The place is unorganized and will take money from your cards multiple charges etc. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with roaches and many incorrect charges on your card.

Also the bathroom wall had some deteriorating near the floor next to the shower that didn't look like it could be cleaned. Needs repair. The service man at breakfast was very friendly.
