The service and breakfast was above average. The only negative point is they were going to charge $75 to check in early. However, we waited and they ended up letting us check in an hour early without charging us any extra. All in all, this was a great place to stay.

I just love this place just wish the breakfast was open til 10 am . We traveled in from Alabama ; it was late ... we slept in and missed breakfast . Other than that very comfortable room and bed !! Microwave and refrigerator also ! Will b here a couple more nights . Also there's an indoor pool

We had our tournament canceled due to inclement weather and they took care of our bookings and refunded us without any problems. They were super courteous and polite on the phone. Looking forward to staying with them in the future (with good weather)!

Huge Cockroach crawling up the wall behind the front desk as we were checking in. Horribly trained staff. The room keys never work making you have to go back and forth to your room because they will give you the key and say it’s fine then it doesn’t work. Only one elevator working so taking the stairs is the only option usually unless you want to wait 10 minutes to go up one floor. Poor communication on what is allowed. We used 2 different forms of payment and was told later it wasn’t allowed. They discriminate against you and are not honest. Multiple charges on my bank account. Had to call and get the money back. The manager Wendy is rude and not understanding. Had my card charged then it got put back in which I was unaware of so I had to call them and pay again. They kept saying it was a new system and the staff wasn’t trained properly yet for it. The place is unorganized and will take money from your cards multiple charges etc. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with roaches and many incorrect charges on your card.
