    There was no heat and no hot water available I had to move around to several different rooms. When I asked the housekeeper to clear my room annd change the bedding all she did was turn my bed linen inside out. The own was very nasty and unprofessional. I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend to anyone.

    Stayed here overnight while on a two-day trip because we had our dogs and they have a good dog policy. Reviews were mixed but it was only for one night so we booked it and hoped for a positive stay. We had a really disappointing stay. First, the desk clerk had company and was not too welcoming but they checked me in quickly and adjusted my rate when I mentioned the dogs. We immediately noticed the door to the room looked like it had been pried open at some point and when we unlocked it, we saw that it didn’t latch shut or lock when closed. Before asking to move, we fussed with it and found that we could get the latch to catch if we lifted the door up a bit when closing it. Awkward but we didn’t expect to be in and out much so we let it be and didn’t complain. Next up was the plumbing. There was no hot water at all and when I called to report it, the clerk (a different person now) sounded like they didn’t know about it and asked us to give him 10 minutes. He never called back so we went down to talk to him. He said he had called the manager and they were trying to get a tech out to look into the problem. The next morning, a guy was complaining at the desk when we came down with luggage for the car. He was complaining about the water issue they’d had for two days and was asking for a refund. So, it had been a known issue for more than 24 hours and the clerk didn’t even bother to mention the hotel didn’t have hot water when we checked in. I find that extremely unprofessional. I grabbed two coffees and tried to pour juice from their juice machine. Instead of juice, the entire unit just poured water out the back of the nozzles and all over the counter. The morning desk clerk just watched me and said nothing. The coffee was wretched and undrinkable so we left it behind. Once the car was loaded, I went to check out and the desk clerk thanked me. It was only after I asked if they were providing any compensation/refund for the water issue that she said they were but that she didn’t have the authority to issue it. It sounded as though the previous guy did get his refund because he asked for a receipt as proof so idk. I was asked to email the hotel for the refund. It’s been about 8 hours and nothing has come through yet so I’ll follow up if needed.

    My parents have been staying here for several years with great experiences. This time, the first room’s electricity went out. They moved. The next day, no hot water for showers anywhere in the hotel. No juices the first day, no coffee the second day. The consistency is what appears to be off this time. I hope it improves so they can continue to stay there.

    Terrible hotel! The clerks (both evening & morning) were awful. Barely looked up from what they were doing let alone give you a smile. Breakfast was a joke. No juices whatsoever. No hot chocolate. The clerk could have cared less. I guess you get what you pay for, as they say.

    Room 207 had a bad key card reader when we stayed there and would continuously deactivate our key cards after one use. Had to reactivate the cards at front desk each time we had to re-enter room. Bathroom had some urine stains on the floor in front of the toilet. Guest bed/futon needed sheets however that was a minor inconvenience. The trash can in the bathroom area was not cleaned properly from the previous stay and we avoided using it. On the plus side the staff were friendly. Breakfast quality of food was fine but the serving area was a bit cramped. Again though the staff were friendly overall. They said they would make a note of room 207 having key problems.
