- HBHeather Barfield1 day ago5.0We've stayed here a couple of times now, and it's always been a great experience. Comfortable beds, a hot breakfast bar, easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants, and the staff are so kind! Do be careful with the main entrance, as it is VERY steep.
- DVDavid V1 day ago2.0Room 207 had a bad key card reader when we stayed there and would continuously deactivate our key cards after one use. Had to reactivate the cards at front desk each time we had to re-enter room. Bathroom had some urine stains on the floor in front of the toilet. Guest bed/futon needed sheets however that was a minor inconvenience. The trash can in the bathroom area was not cleaned properly from the previous stay and we avoided using it. On the plus side the staff were friendly. Breakfast quality of food was fine but the serving area was a bit cramped. Again though the staff were friendly overall. They said they would make a note of room 207 having key problems.

That was what I was told when talking to corporate about how they advertised $79 a night and then proceeded to charge us $179 a night. Fraudulent price advertisement with last minute sky rocket rates is why I will never step through the door of another "Worst Western" thanks for the terrible breakfast though. Really made 200 a night sit well.
- AHApril HiettNov 11, 20251.0I will never stay here for the rest of my life. The prices change at the blink of an eye. I thought I was paying around $80 per night turned out it was $179 per night. This hotel isnt worth that price on the best of days. It was run down and the breakfast was terrible. I brought it to managements attention that I thought I was double charged, twice and was told to wait 24 hours and it would fix itself. If i knew what I was paying when we checked in. I would've turned around and left. We were told it was some kind of temporary "confirmation charge".
- THTim HNov 8, 20254.0Breakfast bar is first come first served. A tray of biscuits, gravy, eggs, and sausage is brought out. Once they are gone they will not refill. One of the coffee selections only makes hot water. Room was okay. Toilet was turned off because it would not fill. The flush handle looks like it was from the 70’s. It was bent and not allowing the float to go all the way down. I fixed it…..I charge $300 an hour so please send me $300 for plumbing work.
