  Nice hotel Clean, neat. Room is spacious. Check-in process efficient. The mattress in our room was firm, but it had a soft mattress top. I so much wanted to give this place five stars, but I gave it only 4 stars because it doesn't have any chargers for electric cars. I hope the owner joins the 21st century and puts in some NACS (North American Charging System) destination chargers or, even better, NACS Superchargers soon.

  Bed bugs, stay away!!!! I am still in shock with this and have nigjtmare now. One of the lights is broken. bed sheet is ripped, towels are not clean. poor breakfasr options!

  I stayed here over the last weekend in January 2026 during the storm. The girl at the desk didn't clean the breakfast area until 11am on both mornings. There weren't many customers staying. Breakfast ends at 9am. You can see from the pictures it was uncleaned & a messy area for too long. The picture of the over filled garbage was taken in the afternoon. That garbage was overfilled for 48 hours. She knew about it & ignored it. The coffee multi drink machine doesn't work. There's no hot water in the showers in any room in the hotel. Both window air units on the 2nd floor were set on air conditioning instead of heat in January. The public lobby bathroom needed to be cleaned my entire stay. I don't think she checked the bathroom at all. Outdated furniture in the lobby. One piece of furniture is an old grey rubber sofa that looks like it was bought in the 1980's. The other furniture are outdated, worn & torn also. The owners didn't hire a snow removal company to remove the 5" of snow we experienced in this January 2026 storm. I emailed the franchise owner requesting a 50% discount because of the showers without hot water and they never got back to me.

  King bed mattress lumpy. Pillows (3) felt like they were stuffed with yesterday’s popcorn. Not all the outlets worked. Not all the lights had light bulbs. Heater worked good. TV worked. Microwave worked if you plugged it into another outlet. Bathroom looked dark. Stains in the uni-tub shower. Toilet seat was loose and made for a crazy ride when going to the bathroom. I told my wife not to use their soap and shampoo and today she’s complaining about itching. We had three Kleenex. The shower bar was pulling away from the wall. There was an altercation with the staff and a customer about fraud, the police showed up. I can confirm another review about the juice machine, it still dispenses any and all juice selections all over the machine a counter top. Vending machines are extremely expensive. And yogurt provided was past its expiry date. Seating for 21 people eating breakfast with some of the chairs looking dated to the point it could rip your pants. About a third of the seats are in front of the desk and front door. If you park in front of the hotel under the pavilion you will block everyone from entering the parking lot. You’ll have to go around as all parking is on the side and in the back. There are not a lot of grassy areas you can walk your dog. And massive serious construction going on the back of the hotel. Finally, wild animals hit the garbage can at night. I have a dog and that’s why I was here. My wife and I did not feel safe. I feel my car was safe. I can’t recommend this hotel until they do some serious maintenance and upgrades.

  Room was clean, but no wash cloths. The rooms are stripped down and there was no hair dryer. Breakfast was good.
