Maybe cooperate can solve this issue ? I will not be staying at this hotel or others that complain of AC issues. My family and I stayed at one up in VA beach and had to move rooms 3 times during our 4 night stay due to the AC not working and it seems to be a serious problem with these hotels no matter what state you stay in. please fix this.

Refusing service to my guest for no excusable reason beyond where her ID said she lived. IHG… I’ve been a very loyal customer… I expect my guests to be treated as if they were me in front of your staff.
