  I am a Hilton Diamond member and checked into this Home2 Suites on Monday. I have physically stayed in the room only two nights as I have been traveling the rest of the week. When I returned tonight and went to take a shower, I found no fewer than fifteen black ants in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk to report the issue. I was placed on hold while they contacted the manager. The solution I was given was completely unacceptable. The front desk came to my room, handed me a large can of bug spray, said sorry, and left. I was apparently expected to spray my own hotel room as the resolution to an ant infestation. After spraying the floor, it left a noticeable film. When I used a towel to wipe it up, the towel was nearly black from the amount of grime on the floor. This clearly shows the room was not properly cleaned. If the room had been cleaned, there would not be ants and there would not be layers of black dirt on the floor. The lack of cleanliness is bad enough, but the lack of basic customer service is worse. At no point was a room change offered, a manager sent to the room, or any real effort made to correct the situation. Handing a guest bug spray is not an acceptable solution at any hotel, much less for a Diamond member. This experience shows a complete failure in cleanliness standards and customer service expectations. I will not be staying here again and would strongly caution others to lower their expectations if they choose this property.

  Just want to thank home 2 for the stay it was a great time and my family enjoyed it . The manager holdan was super friendly. Plus all the employees are super helpful and friendly. There indoor pool was so nice and love that they have a laundry room. My room was nice slept like a baby . Thank you home 2 for the welcome stay hope to come back soon!!!

  Great place always feels like home ,staff is super friendly and helpful never had one issue here the place just open.place is super clean and always stocked .they have a nice small gym and a big indoor swimming pool and cant forget the outdoor fire pits and grills .10 out of 10 I would recommend this place !!
