The highlight of my stay was definitely the bar area — the customer service there was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and created a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. It was easily the best service I received during my visit. The front desk staff was professional and handled check-in efficiently, but it was apparent they didn’t really want to be there. It wasn’t a negative interaction, just lacking warmth and enthusiasm. The rooms were clean, which I appreciated, but looked "thrown together". Another downside was the lobby market area. If you need to grab a beverage or quick item after 9pm, good luck finding someone to help you. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with excellent bar service, but there’s definitely room for improvement — especially given the cost.

Excellent room, staff, breakfast and the hot tub was incerdibly relaxing. We got in it when we arrived on Saturday and again Sunday morning when it opened at 6:00 AM then had the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful

Terry and Lisa, who ran the bar and grill, were outstanding—every order was handled with care, and they truly went above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming, always ready to answer my questions or help with anything I needed. Even during a snowstorm, the entire staff managed to provide flawless service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area!

I hope handicapped rooms are better and if so, next time I’ll ask for a handicapped room. Otherwise: very quiet/soundproof!! super clean, endless free coffee and water bottles, nice staff, beautiful hotel!
