I hope handicapped rooms are better and if so, next time I’ll ask for a handicapped room. Otherwise: very quiet/soundproof!! super clean, endless free coffee and water bottles, nice staff, beautiful hotel!

The buffet was setup in the lobby looking like every other continental breakfast, and only when you sit down do you see the full menus at every chair. Y’all really need to seat people if you’re going to operate this way. Never before have I had to pay separately for mediocre hotel food. I would have rather spent $15 on food I actually wanted to eat

I stop the lady at the bar and let her know the elevator needed some care. She tells me I need to go tell the service desk at the front. I thought that where the bar was was the front of the hotel but anyway. First of all I don't NEED to go tell anyone anything. I don't work here. I am a customer just as much as the ones who are sleeping there. Next time if I see a spill or anything that makes the hotel look trashy, I WILL NOT SAY A WORD. Service here is a little snoody.
