    Beds are uncomfortable but overall the property is beautiful. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Ryan has been a sweetheart. All the staff and housekeepers are wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

    I only had one problem: the toliet was so low I felt like I was 6 in off the floor. I hope handicapped rooms are better and if so, next time I’ll ask for a handicapped room. Otherwise: very quiet/soundproof!! super clean, endless free coffee and water bottles, nice staff, beautiful hotel!

    Mostly just annoyed. Read the sign thinking bagels and oatmeal were complimentary only to find they are not, after putting food on my plate. The buffet was setup in the lobby looking like every other continental breakfast, and only when you sit down do you see the full menus at every chair. Y’all really need to seat people if you’re going to operate this way. Never before have I had to pay separately for mediocre hotel food. I would have rather spent $15 on food I actually wanted to eat

    Good overall hotel. The hotel is clean with a lot of amenities. Only thing I would recommend is adding a free breakfast.

    I'm a delivery driver ...I get on the elevator and step in lettuce, ranch, and croutons. Got it all on the bottom of my shoe. I stop the lady at the bar and let her know the elevator needed some care. She tells me I need to go tell the service desk at the front. I thought that where the bar was was the front of the hotel but anyway. First of all I don't NEED to go tell anyone anything. I don't work here. I am a customer just as much as the ones who are sleeping there. Next time if I see a spill or anything that makes the hotel look trashy, I WILL NOT SAY A WORD. Service here is a little snoody.
