    I was fresh off the road after a 10 hour drive late at night. Cassandra greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. That set the tone for a great 3 week stay. The wervice was great, breakfast was always good. I'll miss those blueberry muffins! I'd stay again for sure.

    We stayed for one night and unfortunately experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues that should not be happening at a newer hotel. Our first room had a broken window and blackout curtains that were off the track, so we requested a room change. In the second room, the beds appeared clean, but overall housekeeping standards were poor, including sticky floors, visible crumbs and hair ties on the floor, and desks and tables with residue leftover from other guests. Most concerning, the bathroom toilet had visible waste stains remaining and had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival. These are basic sanitation and room-readiness failures, especially unacceptable when traveling with children. The location and suite layout are good, and the hotel has potential, but housekeeping quality, inspection, and management oversight need immediate attention. This stay fell below expected Hilton standards.

    I went for my son's graduation from ECU. 1st night roach in my bed. House keeper was to deep clean my room. Didn't happen and she had a very nasty attitude. Then I bond banquet room.. miss communication or straight up lie I didn't get the one at the hotel but across from them was told I couldn't decorate until 30 min prior to booking the when the room was open all day . Sad to say I missed My SON GRADUATION A MOMENT THAT CAN NOT BE REPLACED. THE HEAD FRONT END DID TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT IT WAS ALL A MOMENT A MEMORY THAT NO ONE CAN REPLACE.
