  Stayed there the other day and they charged me almost 300 for a "cleaning fee" I called them to explain that I was ill and cleaned up a mess that had been created due to it. The manager was completely rude and did nothing to fix this. I have been a customer of Hilton for almost a decade and have been at diamond status for 7 years. After spending tens of thousands at these lines of hotels you think they could extend a professional courtesy.

  Be very careful when checking out of this hotel. I did not request a print out when we left as I had prepaid for our rooms. Later, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed they charged us again for the same rooms that were prepaid. I reached out to the assistant manager MULTIPLE times at the hotel and she was not able to help me get the charges refunded. Asst manager recommended to speak to hotel Manager. More attempts to reach hotel manager were not successful, but finally did receive credit for rooms I should not have been charged for. Many hours of frustration! Be aware and check ur bill before leaving.

  Third week in a row there is a straight up lack of basic room cleanliness. I can deal with a few stray hairs in the bathroom and a dirty toilet- shouldn’t have to, but I can. This week there are literally dozens of hairs in the bed, crumbs and food on the couch, grease and ketchup on the desk. They did not clean this room and sold it to me. The front desk was not surprised or bothered by it at all and moved me to a slightly less disgusting room. This is a brand new hotel which is easy to make shine - never been subjected to such a blatantly dirty environment. Get it together!!

  Great place for a stay in Greenville NC. Keyotia greeted my wife with a thoughtful welcome and the water and snacks for gold members. We did not have to ask. The facility is very nice and the rooms are well kept. Great Homewood breakfast. Definitely recommended.

  Nice modern hotel with spacious room. The best hotel I have found in Greenville, thus it will be my new go to hotel for the year. Pros: Newer hotel so it’s pretty clean. Generous rooms with couch, desk, and furnishings. Breakfast is on point and offers healthy alternatives. Friendly staff. Cons: Animals allowed so there may be dogs barking across hall or parking lot. Somewhat thin windows so you hear construction across street. Location is great for the hospital and or school but at least 15 minutes to the majority of restaurants. Probably one off minor issues: Hotel did not have any hand soap or bar soap during my entire stay. Dishes in cupboard had sticky residue and required hand cleaning.
