  This Homewood Suites is clean and well maintained. Not only that, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Shortly after we checked into our room, I realized we might need more coffee packets. As I stepped out of my room, I mentioned to my spouse that I was going to get some extra coffee packets, and while I was doing that, someone from housekeeping heard me and already had what I needed, and stopped outside my door with coffee, cups, stirrer, sugar, sweetener, etc. They were like that the whole time. Helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there again.

  The staff at the front desk was very nice! We paid $633 for one night because it was parent's weekend and not worth it. Definitely price gouging since we checked the next night at the same room was $133/night. When we tried to check in we were told that the cleaning staff needed until 3PM to prep the room but unfortunately it wasn't ready until 4PM. This impaced our plans to head to the football game at ECU. It was also tough because we have a 6 month old baby that needed attention. The staff had to take extra time to clean the room because someone had thrown a party in the room the night before. Their was tape all over the ceiling and confeti was on the carpet along with a big brown stain. Additionally, the floors in the kitchen area were REALLY sticky. When I mentioned this to the staff they replied "thank you." The right call here would have been credit towards a future stay or partial refund. Parking was limited because the hotel was full. We had to park up on a curb in the grass and the hotel staff directed us to do this. Not a big deal though. Hello, I am a Hilton Honors member. How do I reach you?

  Spacious place, has a good breakfast. The housekeeping service can be better. Lugar espacioso, tiene un buen desayuno. El servicio de housekeeping puede ser mejor.

  One of nicest Homewoods ive stayed at. Very clean and staff very friendly. The usual hilton basic breakfast spread was even spruced up a bit with some nice touches by the kitchen team.

  Hotel is about 2 hrs old. The room layout was open and felt spacious. Room was very clean and everything was very neat. Linens and sheets where clean and white. Tim the night agent was friendly and very quick to check me in, I arrived very late.
