    Good experience. However, make sure you do not leave in anything behind. I did came back within 15 minutes and no one in housekeeping seen it.

    Was in Greenville for a contract flying job. Stayed at this location twice. I would like to tell the manager that the staff was phenomenal. All of my interactions with the front desk was 5 stars. You should be very proud of the workers you have and how they represent the hotel chain. Everyone from the bartender to the breakfast staff was friendly, engaging, and went above to ensure I was well taken care of. My stay was impeccable. I had an incident where I left a very valuable book in my hotel room while I was gone for three days on a trip. I contacted the hotel and they immediately took care of the problem until I returned. You have no idea how thankful I am. Would definitely stay here again on future visits.

    Have been going to Holiday Inns forever. Some have been brand new, some have been older units but I've never been disappointed. But this time I was disappointed with the overall experience. Although the hotel pointed out that it was under going renovations, that wasn't the problem. We stayed in a suite and I'm not sure if it was going to be renovated or was already renovated. The suite had brown vinyl plank flooring throughout, which in some spots had popped planks. The bathroom sink only had cold water. No hot. The shower had both hot and cold. The bathroom garbage pail was victim of some renovation work and although it doesnt impact one's stay it just displayed the lack of attention to detail. We had to put aside two wash clothes because they stink bad. Like they were old. And one pillow had a bad odor. The carpet in the hallways was old but I don't care. That was obviously part of the renovation plan. But what I could understand is why the hallway was messy. Debris on the carpeting just outside everyone's door. Then I figured it out. The rooms have plank flooring. The rooms are swept clean onto the carpet at the door entrance. But it looked like someone forgot to come back with a vacuum and clean up the hallway carpet after all the rooms were swept. Overall disappointed.

    The hotel is great but the beds are HARD. Hope you like a firm mattress, it is like sleeping on concrete. The location is great, though.
