  Friendly and accommodating staff who treat you as though you are their top priority to serve. Clean and spacious rooms that smell fresh. Easy, free parking, and the location is close to ECU. The hot breakfast is by far the most plentiful I've seen at a Holiday Inn and their 24/7 coffee machine was so helpful when had to wake up early after a long night of travel. Will definitely stay here again and, based on our experience with this hotel, we sought out other Holiday Inn Express hotels in NC during the rest of our trip.

  Clean room, great breakfast, quiet room, free HBO, free wifi and very nice staff. Would stay here again next time we are in G-Vegas!

  This sites GM has no support to our military. I found out about a couple of Marines that stayed in there hotel. They put a hole on a wall that was watchable with a 2ft by 2ft drywall patch. This GM threaten them buy calling the police after they owned up to it. Then turned around and made them pay 2000 dollars for damage. I would be upset if 1000 but this is robbery to our military troops.

  Body hair in the bathroom. Tub was beat up and dirty. Didn't have enough towels or toilet paper. The iron was rusty and steam shot out dirty flakes of unknown origin. Toilet clogged. There isn't 24 staff to take care of the clogged toilet. Had to change rooms which was a pain to do in the middle of the night with little ones. Decent location near alot of convenient stores, restaurants etc.
