  Enjoyed it! Small town hotel but everything was clean and my room was nice. Had 2 meals at Julep which were both delicious - especially the wedge salad was the favorite. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Bathroom was updated. Im fairly picky and didn’t find anything to complain about! There are cheaper options in the same area but I would definitely opt to pay a little more for the extra benefits and nice room/beds.

  This hotel has it all. Very clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, great smell to the room and very warm relaxing feeling for the room. Every night in the courtyard they will light the fire pits worth going outside and enjoying it every night.

  I have a comfortable corner room. The staff is very accommodating. I would return to the Hilton in Greenville anytime I plan to be in the area

  So we are actual IHG members and first Hilton we have stayed at in a while. I was super impressed with this hotel. We stayed here for an event at the convention center, it is connected BTW. We were trying to figure that out for a while. Got a great price for block pricing for the event. Got upgraded to this really nice very large suite. Check in was soo easy with their app, use your phone to unlock the doors. You can still deadbolt your room btw. Plenty of parking that was also free. Front desk was super nice and helpful. Called and asked for extra bedding for the kids and their pull out sofa and they brought it right up even with a full hotel (for the event all rooms were booked). Surprisingly safe for what we thought when driving through the area. Great location, short walk to many places on the street. If are back in the area will stay here again FOR SURE!

  A family member & I was a part of a large Church group for a Convocation- a very kind & friendly front desk representative helped my family member out the car - retrieved a luggage rack & wheelchair while checking us into our adjoining rooms & brought our luggage to our rooms. I think this is absolutely amazing customer service-I had the feeling this was the norm at this accommodation- the front desk staff - Sabra - Gloria & Amber was so kind & helpful during our 4 day stay - as were the representatives that answered the phone at various times including room service staff & the 2 maintenance guys that greatly helped handled the luggage situation at check out time but all staff very appreciated. Our adjoining rooms were on the second floor - no adjoining rooms on the first floor- both looked to be very clean - linens nice & white. A large smart TV in both rooms - one room hosting a queen size bed - love seat with pull out sofa - the other with 2 queen size beds.I liked the smaller bathrooms( these were not accessible rooms) making it easier to navigate- a large bar in the bath tub which is low to step into- fridge microwave coffee maker & coffee fixings - accessibility situations were kindly & promptly handled including the in room dining situation. The location itself is - the decor is beautifully designed for a zen like experience- lightening - aesthetically pleasurable seating - lights fixtures & wall decor - throughout this expansive location. The lobby & convention area bathrooms equipped with private stalls & disposable seat covers.A complimentary coffee bar is located at the entrance during designated time as is a full service restaurant equipped with a bar. Complimentary free easy parking on level ground at this location - many other customer shopping experiences across the road & nearby.Not too far from major Interstates.
