The general manager was no help at all. She would not give us a refund or new room. After an hour they figured out how to shut the power off to the unit. No air at all. We don't recommend.

Maintenence tried to fix the problem but couldn't. The general manager did nothing to help us and wouldn't give us a refund. She is terrible. After 2 hours they turned the power off to the unit. No air at all. I don't recommend staying here.
