- PPPictom2Jan 25, 20265.0The hotel itself was as expected but it sits on the outer edges of this winter's ice storm, so some employees couldn't come into work early morning. The front desk person made a few phone calls and discovered the one-person-breakfast-staff was not going to be able to make it. She promptly made a few other calls and found someone to come in, and then she went to work setting up the breakfast area with all the food that didn't need cooked. I apologize if I misspell her name, but Tojnita did an awesome job of stepping up to help the few guest who were waiting on breakfast. Then Daisy came in and started the cooked food. These two team members stepped up and CHEERFULLY fulfilled the duties. Both team members spoke to me, updated me on what was going on, and did so in a professional and friendly manner.
