  I booked here on a Monday afternoon, for the following saturday. A little background, me and my fiancee wanted to get a night away, we have 3 kids total and 4 animals between us and the house sometimes can be chaos. With that said, we thought a date night with nice room at the end of it sounded like music to our ears. Booked through booking.com, called Friday morning to confirm the reservation and inquire about the deposit amount, everything was fine. Arrangements were already made for the children and animals for the overnight stay and we were excited. Then I get a phone call at 8 o clock on Friday night from either a manager or reception. Informing me they will not allow me to stay at this hotel because I live within a 50 mile radius. This was the night before I was supposed to be staying there. Because it was a non refundable booking, I was told he could not return my money that I would have to jump through the hoops with booking.com and attempt to get a refund with them and if they reach out to him he will authorize it. He ended the call by saying "I just didn't want you to get here tomorrow and be upset" as if getting a call at 8 o clock the night before is much better. Contacted booking.com, who reached out to the hotel and apparently whoever is able to "authorize" the refund had left FOR THE WEEKEND and it can't even begin to be processed until Monday. So now not only is a very rare date night ruined, we don't even have the money back in our account to book somewhere else or maybe do something else we would enjoy. Im sure the hotel itself is nice, but the policy is ridiculous, the fact that it took them so long to even reach out in the first place is poor management on their part, and the customer service was surely lacking empathy. The whole things just seems super shady. I don't know if its odd to rent a room in a town you live in, but what mom of (many) doesn't dream about waking up the morning after a date night and NOT having to tend to a house. And I feel like I got treated like a street walker for it.

  NOISE!!! Don't expect a good night sleep. The checkin was good. The room was clean. However, I would NEVER stay here again, unless I was guaranteed my room style choice on the highest floor. The noise from the room above us was awful. It went on until 1:00am and resumed at 6:00am. It was constant stomping. We called the front desk and they said they would reach out to them. If they actually did, it didn't help. Worst nights sleep ever. The roon had a coffee maker and a pouch of coffee but no sugar or cream.

  We came down to surprise my Sister who was and still is in hospital and my dad. We picked this hotel because it was right down the road where she lived. Upon entering the hotel, we was greeted with a very warm welcome from Trey. He was just a delight!! We came in on Christmas eve and stayed until December 28, 2025.. hospitality was awesome!. This was my 1st time here and my Ma 3rd time staying. Trey is truly the right person to have at the front desk!!

  The rooms are really nice and the beds are comfy. Unfortunately, the walls are a little thin. The people in the room next to mine were yelling and had their TV blasting at 6am. I was not happy.

  Been here twice, both on short notice, my first time Endia was amazing and treated guests like family of her own Second time, I had Trey, my room was atrocious and he accommodated me quickly and didn't make me feel bad about asking for what I needed. To both of them I hope you get great Christmas bonuses and a prosperous 2026
