This was my 3rd time staying here. All in all its a good hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious, the beds are comfy, it's clean.....but the leaves a little to be desired. That said I usually stay at a Holiday In when I travel and their breakfast is amazing and different daily. Here the waffles and toppings are great, however, 4 nights 1 week, 4 nights another week, and 3 nights a 3rd week and all i saw every morning was the Brown and Serve sausage, not even real sausage, scrambled eggs, and the waffles. They have a few cereal and bread options but it is not a large selection of either. No biscuits, grits, potatoes danishes or anything of the sort. They put Ham out twice in all the mornings I was there, but never saw Bacon or anything different. I guess if you like the exact same not great Brown and serve sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles for breakfast every day it's amazing. I like to switch it up so I oy ate the breakfast once or twice they do have whole milk and 2 percent but no chocolate milk either.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on Mar 21, 2026. Customer service was sufficiently pleasant, though there was a wait line to check in. There were two hand sanitizer stations and a water fountain by the lobby. The latter was most appreciated. Breakfast was decent. It was free so no complains about that. There are many eating places within a half-mile vicinity, as well as an Exxon gas station nearby that I visited twice during my stay (I have an Exxon Mobil rewards program). Even though the hotel is located on the east side of Greenville, driving to anywhere in the city is short.
Our room number was 115. Photos attached are of this room. Each queen bed had four pillows in two sizes and two levels of fluffiness. The ones that were slightly more fluffy than the other was comfortable enough for a decent sleep. The room was facing the back lawn and fence. I was given the choice of the floor (out of two) for the room. Initially, I asked for one with a view of the parking lot, but the front desk clerk said there were none available. We didn't have a vehicle parked overnight so it wasn't an issue.
That didn't mean there were no issues. The big one was the curtains. Curtains #1 could not be moved. Why were they ever there at all was a mystery, other than as an aesthetic piece. Curtains #2 - sheer curtains - were translucent and thin, so thin that they were being blown away from the window when the air-conditioner was turned on. This created a problem because curtains #3 - blackout curtains - were not fully straightened out at the base when closed. It left an opening that allowed anyone to peep in. Thankfully, the weather was cool enough to keep the air-conditioner turned off, so that curtains #3 would remain still to provide a layer of cover. It would be a big concern if we had stayed during the hottest time of the year. With all the curtains fully opened, the room was relatively dark. Aside from the standing, table and wall-mounted lamps, a light switch by the front door - which glowed red when in Off position - turned on the lone ceiling light at the doorway. That light wasn't bright.
The hotel building is old, as old as the Hampton Inn in Peachtree City, GA. This was evidenced by side entrance, whose door require considerable effort to open. Overall, the stay was satisfactory though I enjoyed Hampton Inn and Tru by Hilton more. If I ever plan on returning to Greenville for a stay, I'd try a different hotel.

Great place to stay. It was quiet, clean and the bed was the most ccomfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hayden took care of the breakfast area while we were there and he is fantastic. Probably why they have such a good rating. Will stay here again.
So I had a decent experience here. The pet friendly rooms are right by the door which is convenient. Customer service is better at night and the breakfast staff was friendly. However daytime shift was not quite as friendly. Our key cards also were inactive and each day which was annoying as we had a 3 day stay. Overall i wouldn’t rate it a 4 star stay. It would Be closer to a 2.5-3. I will stick
To Hilton brands. This place is more like a motel vs. a hotel very thin walls.
As a Best Western platinum member, I generally seek out Best Western Plus hotels when looking for a value option. This hotel worked well. It was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is located on the eastern outskirts of Greenville, convenient to 10th street (ECU) and Greenville Blvd, two of the main thoroughfares.
Breakfast was good with variety, but ends at 9:00, which may not be convenient for leisure travelers.
Notable was the breakfast attendant today (1/15/26). He never stopped moving, and kept everything spotless and well stocked.
