- JRJonathan RenfroApr 6, 20261.0the Holiday inn express in Greensboro NC and priceline would not do anything to help get another room. the bed was broken, the shower was broken, the window was broken, there was no towels, the carpet was nasty, the elevator was nasty, the carpet in the hallway was nasty, and there was a hole in the ceiling. Holiday inn didn't have another room. I will never use price line again horrible service I called priceline and I got a message I would get a return call in 96 hours.
