The first room we checked in to had hair all over the place (floors, desk, AC unit, bathroom counters), so we asked the front desk associate if we could transfer rooms. She apologized and transferred us to a different room. Upon checking the new room, everything looked fine except for the bed sheets, which appeared to have blood and dirt stains, and hair in it. We called down to the front desk and they brought up new sheets; only, these sheets were also stained. The hotel was nice and service was good, but overall cleanliness was not great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms and property were maintained well and kept clean. They set up the cutest decorations and treat table to welcome guests for the event weekend and even did a post check in follow up with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Jazmin and the other management staff are doing an awesome job and it shows 😊 I will definitely stay again!
