  We came with a U17 boys soccer team on 2/21 and were welcomed warmly by the afternoon and evening staff at Tru. We had a team dinner (40 people) and they kindly asked if there was anything we needed to make the experience enjoyable. They also had a college swim and dive team doing the same that night, which could be a bit overwhelming. This crew were just really courteous, kind and nice. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one’s customer service was just at another level.

  We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Staff were good. Room was clean & breakfast was good. However, they forgot to clean our room one day & claimed they don't clean rooms everyday which was very weired 🤔 Never heard of this before. Also, I don't believe they replace bedroom & pillow sheets everyday. One of the pillows has blood stain on it. See attached picture.

  Rooms and hotel are clean. Front desk was polite. Between work and travel ball I’ve lived in hotels. This room had to be the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in, ever. Dumpster noise all night hotel workers dumping garbage all night then the truck came to take the trash, sound like a war zone. Running water from the plumbing in the walls from other rooms all night. Next door TV all night , other side neighbor baby making noise all night. And then all the hall traffic. Definitely not staying here again.

  This hotel was really nice! The service was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great area and still looks brand new, even though the front desk said it’s been around a few years. Breakfast was good, with a big variety of items and I loved that they had hot coffee available 24/7, what else could you ask for? It felt fun and welcoming, I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

  I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly from check-in to check-out, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and everything was fresh and organized. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
